Centric Brands Internal Communications

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT | INTRANET | EMAIL | 360 CAMPAIGNS

Intranet One of my primary responsibilities as a Graphic Designer for Centric Brands is managing the company intranet by creating and publishing the web content. I design graphics and page layouts for the daily editorial articles that go live on the site. I also make edits to articles, web pages, and events. Articles range from various topics that align with business strategy, which entails communicating business news, programming, and essential information for employees. The site is accessible to over 2000 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia offices and accommodates two languages - English and French for our Canadian colleagues.

Email Communications Another responsibility I have is designing and deploying email communications. I design all emails from predetermined templates created in Microsoft Word and deploy them through Microsoft Outlook. With 2000+ employees across offices in North America, Asia, and Europe, I'm also tasked with filtering and sorting through distribution lists to make sure applicable emails reach appropriate audiences. I also work with HR partners in our Canadian offices to translate emails into French.

Employee Engagement As part of the overarching communications strategy, in-office activations and desk drops are utilized as a strategy to boost office morale while also giving employees the opportunity to experience Centric's Taste Beauty products. Activations are centered around holidays like National Oreo Cookie Day and National Crayon Day. Signage and stickers would be designed to get employees to submit entries for the product giveaways.

The creative support I've provided has helped in the formal presentation and launch of Committees, Clubs, and ERGs. Below are

logos I've designed for the DEI Committee, WIN (Women's Employee Resource Group), and the Run+ Club.
