Centric Brands Onboarding

With acquiring new brands, a project I took on internally was designing the onboarding materials for newly hired employees for teams from Off-White, John Elliot, Dockers and Claire's. The booklet's purpose was to present all the foundational information for employees to navigate their first days so they could learn about the company values, learning resources, groups and clubs to join, as well as perks and benefits.​

Creative Direction

The booklet presented an opportunity to go forward with a new internal look for Centric Brands that incorporated more colors to provide a less stiff and more engaging and contemporary feel. This new look was so well-received by leadership that the direction would end up being implemented in corporate town hall decks through design elements such as the bold palette, gradients, and color blocking.
