Miami University Communications

For 2 years, I worked on campus as a graphic design intern for Miami University's Communications & Marketing Office. It was my first time getting to work in an environment and take direction from project managers, senior designers, and copywriters. During my time there, I worked on communication materials that promoted student engagement and campus events. Sometimes it would be in the form of making copy edits and adjustments to templates while other times it would be taking the lead on a poster design or digital banner. My work there allowed me to gain a foundational understanding of branding, strategic image selection and helping prepare files for print. Below you'll see examples of posters, fliers, the holiday card sent from the President's Office, and digital signage.
